This Thanksgiving, Let’s Choose Gratitude
Choosing Gratitude
Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite reminders to slow down—not just in life, but in scrapbooking, too. When we capture memories on the page, we’re really capturing gratitude… piece by piece, photo by photo, story by story.
And this year? I’m leaning in even more. 💛
Whether you’re gathering around a full table, spending the day in the craft room, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment with a warm cup of coffee, Thanksgiving invites us to pause and reflect on what truly matters.
Because no matter what this year has looked like every high, every challenge, every unexpected twist, there’s always something to be grateful for.
Here are a few of mine:
That first sip of coffee in the morning (bonus points if it’s enjoyed while planning a scrapbook layout).
The people who lift you up—the ones in your photos, and the ones who cheer you on from afar.
Lessons wrapped in challenges, the ones that teach us resilience and remind us to document the hard stuff, too.
The gift of a new day, and another chance to create, remember, and cherish the moments we love.
Gratitude doesn’t require a perfect life, a perfect layout, or a perfect album.
It simply invites perspective—helping us notice the little joys we might otherwise rush past.
Today, I’m choosing gratitude.
For the memories I’ve kept, the ones I get to create, and the beautiful scrapbooking community I’m honored to be part of.
And I’d love to hear from you:
💬 What’s one thing you’re thankful for this Thanksgiving?
Wishing you a day filled with warmth, creativity, and connection.
