Theme Park Scrapbook Ideas: Turn More Vacation Photos Into Beautiful Layouts

Need a Theme Park Scrapbook Layout That Holds More Photos?

If you've ever come home from a Disney vacation, Universal Studios trip, Six Flags adventure, or family theme park getaway, you know the struggle.

You have hundreds of photos.

The castle photos.
The ride photos.
The family selfies.
The food pictures.
The fireworks.
The character meet-and-greets.

And somehow you're supposed to fit all those memories into a scrapbook layout.

In this week's Sketch Sunday video, I share one of my favorite solutions for creating a theme park scrapbook layout that holds more photos without looking crowded.

Why Theme Park Photos Are Different

Most scrapbook layouts are designed for four or five photos.

Theme park memories are different.

One day at a theme park can easily generate dozens of photos worth preserving.

That's why I love adapting scrapbook sketches to fit more photos and tell a bigger story.

In this week's YouTube tutorial, I take a simple scrapbook sketch and transform it into a two-page layout that's perfect for:

  • Disney vacations

  • Universal Studios trips

  • Six Flags adventures

  • Amusement parks

  • County fairs

  • Family travel memories

The Secret to Better Theme Park Scrapbook Pages

Many scrapbookers think they need complicated techniques or elaborate designs to create memorable vacation layouts.

The truth?

Sometimes a few simple adjustments can completely transform a scrapbook sketch.

In the video, I walk through my entire process, including:

✔ How I choose papers

✔ How I expand a one-page sketch into two pages
